Who are we?

PROCAB Studio SA, hereafter PROCAB, is a digital agency based in Geneva, Switzerland.

PROCAB processes your personal data in compliance with the data protection laws in force in your country, in particular by respecting the principles of lawfulness, fairness & transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, retention limitation, integrity & confidentiality.

In this Privacy Policy, references to "PROCAB", "we", "us" and "our" are references to the entity responsible for processing your personal data, which is the entity that generally obtains your personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data that we obtain through PROCAB properties, such as websites and subcontractors with whom we deal to provide our services.

Data controller'. means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing operation; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union law or by the law of a Member State, the controller may be designated or the specific criteria for such designation may be laid down by Union law or by the law of a Member State

Subcontractor means the natural or legal person, public authority, department or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller;

Third party means a natural or legal person, public authority, department or body other than the data subject, the controller, the processor and the persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or the processor, are authorized to process the personal data.

Where is your data stored?

We store your data in different datacenters depending on the use you make of our services. However, all your data is stored in Switzerland.

 

How long do we keep your data?

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we retain the personal data we obtain about you for as long as (1) it is necessary for the purposes for which we obtained it, as set forth in this Privacy Policy, or (2) we have another legal basis, as set forth in this Privacy Policy, for retaining such data beyond the period of time for which it is necessary to fulfill the original purpose for which the personal data was obtained.

How do we transfer your personal data?

How do we protect your data?

PROCAB establishes security in accordance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union. The measures taken are technical and organizational measures relating to data security in order to guarantee an adequate level of protection with regard to confidentiality, integrity, availability of data and resilience of systems.

These measures are part of the life cycle of our organization and are implemented at all levels of the system. Furthermore, security is a continuous process, not a static element. From this perspective, technical and organizational measures are subject to technical progress and further development, just like risks and threats.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to reflect changes in our information practices. We will indicate at the top of this Privacy Policy when it was last updated.
