The redesign of the Physio Clinics website focused on two major strategic areas.

• The first objective was to simplify access to information. This resulted in a complete overhaul of the site’s tree structure and structure, allowing for smoother navigation and improved readability of the treatments on offer. Each user pathway was redesigned to effectively guide patients to the essential information.
• The second focus was to boost the site’s conversion performance. Particular attention was paid to highlighting the centres present in French-speaking Switzerland, with the integration of an intuitive, high-performance search engine. Appointment booking, a key element of the user experience, is based on an external business tool enabling complete management of the patient journey: booking, modification, reminders and follow-up

Beyond the functional aspects, this new site embodies the values and commitment of the Physio Clinics network. With 24 centres and more than 130 physiotherapists, the platform reflects an approach based on quality care, personalised treatment and excellent equipment and infrastructure.
